Haven’t decided what to make Mom this Sunday? Don’t fret! From French toast to chocolate muffins and lemony scones, I’ve got you covered with a few of our favorite recipes.
Start off Mom’s morning right with a protein-packed blueberry cream cheese french toast casserole. Yes – it’s as good as it sounds. Get crackin’ though because this bomb.com brunch needs to be prepped the night before.
Show your Mom some major love with a box full of Kodiak Cakes chocolate chip cookies. The best part? They’re not sugar and fat bombs like most cookies – these babies pack in a little bit of a protein punch thanks to the Kodiak Power Cakes mix.
Or maybe take her on a hike and surprise her with these Dark Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins as a snack. Everyone loves a person who plans ahead and brings snacks (spoken from experience).
Maybe she’s into brownies? I bet Mom won’t be able to tell these brownies are made with black beans & packed with protein. She won’t even care though because the fudginess is hard to resist. (If she likes peanut butter, make THESE.)
